By using TrulyNews, you agree to these Terms of Service. TrulyNews is operated by Civic Health Coalition, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit false, misleading, or defamatory content. All submitted articles are subject to our verification process. Submissions that fail verification may be rejected or suspended.

Content License

By submitting content to TrulyNews, you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and display your content on the platform. Original articles published more than one year ago are automatically converted to CC BY 4.0 license.

Payments

Subscription fees are processed securely. Freelance reporters retain 100% of article fees and tips.
